Department of social work in association  with IQAC And DCPU conducted an interactive workshop on 16th January 2024 at 9:30 to 4:00pm. The topic was based on 'skills in working with children in distress'. The resource persons were Mr. Abdul Gafoor P (ORC project coordinator, DCPU Kozhikode) and Mr. Shibin A P ( Protection officer, non-institutional care, DCPU Kozhikode).

Objectives of the workshop was to equip first year MSW students to understand about aspects of child protection. 

MSW 1st year students got an opportunity to attend the interactive workshop and it was  informative. The students enjoyed the session and gave good feedback to them. Overall the program was useful for the  trainees.
