Ms. Soumya Elizabeth Sebastian is a prestigious alumini of LISSAH.She completed from first batch of MSW , 2003-2005 MSW batch

She started her work as Program coordinator: Health Dialogue Kozhikode. Then she worked as Family Counsellor: Family Counseling center, Social Welfare Board, Mercy College Palakkad.She has also worked as Project Counsellor :Happi Project, KESS Thrissur.She  has as served as District Coordinator  for CHILDLINE Palakkad.Then she worked as HOD, Dept. Of social work  Mercy College Palakkad She has also worked as psychosocial counsellor, Dept.of Women and child Development Kerala.

Mr.Jaseeel P.J  is an eminent alumini of LISSAH .He completed his MSW from LISSAH  in 2012-2014 batch .Then he worked as school counsellor at St. Francis English School, Kozhikode.He has  worked as Assistant Professor at SNDPYSS college, Perinthalmanna after that . He has  also  worked as Assistant Professor at  LISSAH. He is now working as Assistant Professor of Social work department  at  Ideal College for Advanced Studies, Thavanur. He has done his Mphil from Bishop Appasamy college ,Coimbatore, Bharathiyar University. His academic horizons have extended and  he is a PhD scholar  at University of Calicut. 

He has been  continuously  serving as Chairman for BSW Board of Examinations in University of Calicut  from 2017 onwards.

Mr. Sandes V is a distinguished alumnus of LISSAH College, Kaithapoyil, having completed his Master of Social Work (MSW) in the 2018-2020 batch. He achieved remarkable academic success, securing the 4th rank in Calicut University and completing his post-graduation with both JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) and NET (National Eligibility Test) qualifications. Following his academic endeavors, Mr. Sandes embarked on a professional career in public service, joined back as an Income Tax Officer in Calicut. He currently holds the same position in Tirur, where his exemplary work has earned him an Excellence Certificate from the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Kerala. Beyond his official duties, Mr. Sandes is also recognized for his educational contributions, serving as a renowned faculty member in various banking and SSC (Staff Selection Commission) coaching institutes.

Cyril Fabian stands as a notable alumni of LISSAH College, known for his leadership as the College Union Chairman in 2018-19 and his active involvement in social activities. He pursued his Master's in Social Work (MSW) at LISSAH in the year 2017-19.He moved to Scotland in 2020 and did his second Master's in Healthcare Management (MSc) from Edinburgh Napier University. He received the prestigious Turing Summer Scholarship (TSS) funded by UK Government during his studies and completed an International Internship Programme at LISSAH College in 2022. Currently, he works as a Manager at St Alban's Edinburgh, United Kingdom (Temporary accommodation for homeless people under City of Edinburgh Council) Additionally, Cyril is an entrepreneur with a focus on the service sector, operating in multiple countries including Canada, UK, Ireland, Qatar, and India.

Rasna Muhammed is from Koduvally. She is from MSW 2017-2019 BATCH 

Worked as counsellor in Govt. Children's home for girls, Vellimadukunnu. Worked as school counsellor in Face international school, Calicut.She is now working as Thematic expert in KILA (Koduvally Block )

Majiya is from Wayanad .She was from MSW 2019-2021 Batch .She worked as  medical Social Worker at  IQRAA International Hospital, Calicut (August 2021).She has also worked as Community Project Coordinator( February 2022 onwards) at Integrated Project for Rehabilitation of Homeless, Chennai (Thanal). She was selected as a key member to lead community initiatives aimed at rehabilitating homeless individuals.Developed and implemented strategic plans to address the needs of vulnerable populations.

Currently she is working as Social Care Worker, Havering and Essex, United Kingdom. She is currently engaged in providing essential social care services to communities in Havering and Essex.

'Towards life in its fullness" was the motto of our college. From this motto alone, a student can comprehend the value of our college. LISSAH is like a family, fostering love and consideration. Our college provides numerous opportunities to pursue our goals and  talents. The management, staff, and non-teaching personnel were  supportive, serving as the backbone for the students.

I was a student in the Department of Social Work, considered one of the best in our college.  In social work, we engage extensively with the community and hospitals, making our experiences more practical and socially oriented. Observation visits, fieldwork, and rural camps contribute significantly to our practical and social development. Many of my colleagues have been placed in various hospitals and counseling centers as social workers, a testament to our teachers great efforts and encouragement. 

I believe LISSAH can be chosen as a better option for studying social work. LISSAH and my department have played a pivotal role in shaping who I am today.''

 "I'm Mariya Jose, a post graduate  from Little Flower Institute of Social Sciences and Health (LISSAH), Kaithapoyil. I have done Masters of Social Work with the specialization of Medical & Psychiatric Social work  from LISSAH.

The management and the teachers of LISSAH are so enthusiastic and they focuses on each student's academics and gives necessary training to the students to improve their skills to build up a good career. I'm so happy to say that I have secured  third rank position in MSW examination in the university level. My teachers and the management of LISSAH had a big role in acheiving this great success. I'm so proud to say that I'm an ex- lissahite.

Now I'm working as a Behavioral Therapist at Creative Smile Autism Services, Banglore.The centre offers therapies for kids with childhood developmental disorders.

'' I'm Sidharth S Nath, a post graduate in Social Work from LISSAH College Kaithapoyil. Following my post-graduation, I served as the centre coordinator at Don Bosco Welfare Centre Society in Palluruthy, Kochi, for a year and a half. Currently, I have been working since February 2023 as a Project Officer at the Centre for Overall Development (COD) in Thamarassery.''

"I'm Krishma Paul,  MSW 2020 - 2022 pass out , Currently I'm working as a Medical Social Worker at Alfa pediatric rehabilitation centre, before that I was working as Jr welfare officer at KITEX LIMITED for 7 months, throughout my service learning from LISSAH have helped me to grow personally as well as professionally."
